Making friends and getting cuddled

Body care and Rest

Book Reading

Emotional safety is so important for infants. That’s why our teachers give plenty of cuddles and help them express emotions through sounds, facial expressions, and movements. They also begin to make friends with other babies and teachers.

Rest assured that babies are regularly fed (both bottles and solid food) and changed throughout the day to provide the ultimate comfort and care. Growing bodies need time to rest and recuperate as they venture onwards along their growth journeys. During the nap time we make the classroom as dark as possible and we use a sound machine to comfort children and make the nap time longer and pleasure for everyone.

Teachers read simple stories to children and provide them with sturdy board books. Reading books is a beautiful shared activity we will continue for years to come, and it's essential for baby's brain. Hearing words helps to build a rich network of words in a baby's brain.

Songs and Sign Language

Outdoor Time

Touching and feeling new things helps infants make sense of the world! Our discovery baskets are filled with common items in different textures, shapes, and sizes. And teachers closely supervise as your infant as they explore!

To add dimension to the concept of literacy, our creative teachers engage in singing and sign language throughout the day to emphasize language with children. Sign language can help pre-verbal children more effectively communicate with teachers and parents.

Spending time outdoor every day is a rich and important part of our program. From the very beginning, infants satisfy their curiosity by exploring with their senses. Being outside "presents a new world of sights, sounds, smells, and tactile experiences.
